2024 25th Anniversary Edition Suzuki Hayabusa - Performance Upgrades
Pushing the boundaries of motorcycle performance is what we do at Proven Power Cycles. Recently, we had the pleasure of working on a beautiful 2024 25th Anniversary Edition Suzuki Hayabusa. We were able to transform this already legendary machine into an even more powerful beast. Here’s a detailed look at the modifications we made and the impressive results we achieved.
For reference, here are the stock 2024 Hayabusa specs before we did our modifications and custom dyno tune. These are the factory claimed specs:
Engine: 1340cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled
Horsepower: 187 hp at 9,700 rpm (This is BHP)
Torque: 111 lb-ft at 7,000 rpm
Transmission: 6-speed constant mesh
Weight: 582 lbs (curb)
Top Speed: Limited to 186 mph

The full modification list for this 2024 Hayabusa is as follows:
Brocks Penta-Carbon Exhaust:
Lightweight and designed for maximum flow, the Brocks Pentacarbon Exhaust reduces weight while improving exhaust efficiency and power delivery.
Sprint P08 Air Filter:
Known for its superior filtration and airflow, the Sprint P08 Air Filter ensures the engine breathes easier, contributing to increased performance.
BT Moto Velocity Stacks:
These velocity stacks optimize the air intake path, enhancing throttle response and power across the RPM range.
Brocks SS Camshafts:
Designed to provide a more aggressive cam profile, these camshafts improve the engine’s breathing, leading to significant gains in horsepower and torque.
ECU Flash and Dyno Tune:
Tuning the ECU is crucial for making the most of the performance hardware upgrades. Our custom dyno tune on this Hayabusa was performed using 93 pump gas, ensuring the Hayabusa runs smoothly and efficiently.
Once we finished up the performance modifications and fine-tuning on our dyno, the 2024 Suzuki Hayabusa now produces an impressive 188 horsepower. These are big gains! Especially considering the modifications were calibrated for 93 pump gas. Imagine if we tuned in on MR12! The increased performance is not just about raw power; the bike now offers improved throttle response, a broader power band and a more exhilarating riding experience.
